President Barrow Declares Public Holiday for National Assembly Elections

His Excellency Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia has approved the Independent Electoral Commission’s request to declare Saturday 9th April 2022, as a Public Holiday throughout the country for the upcoming National Assembly Election. The approval was granted to allow all registered voters to vote in their respective constituencies.
